Add some extra twinkle to your holiday decorating. This fun to crochet Holiday Tree Skirt for the intermediate crocheter is an eye catcher. Ruby, emerald, topaz and white, all with a subtle glitz and sparkle, are the rich holiday colors used in our crochet Holiday Tree Skirt. Kit to crochet includes pattern with Reverse Single Crochet diagram and Mary Maxim Starlette Sparkle worsted weight yarn (98% acrylic, 2% polyester). Machine wash and dry for easy care. Finished size approximately 38” diameter. Kit requires crochet hook I-9.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, repeat, slip, increase, front post.

When it asked to check your tension my was to small. I increased my hook size to a 6.5mm hook.
So far the pattern is easy to read and no problems following it.

I can't read patterns however I can do all (most) of the different stitches but can't always put the right name to each stitch, so with that being said i did finish the tree skirt & will go on to make 4 more for various members of my family I won't buy the kits I will buy the individual skeins
