This darling little blanket will add a little sparkle to any baby's room. Kit includes Baby's Best light sportweight yarn and pattern. Finished: 30 x 32” [75 x 80 cm]. Requires Crochet Hook Size G-6 (4.00 mm).
Stitch Requirements: Chain, double crochet, repeat, single crochet, slip, treble crochet, yarn over hook.

Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!
I love this yarn! I make baby blankets to donate to local places. The yarn is soft, doesn't split, and has a great colo selection. AND its machine wash and dry!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

I like this kit a lot and have used it before. I, however, think the border is a bit too much and just finished the whole edge in a simple shell pattern.
I was not happy with the sparkle white the sparkle separates from the white and pulls I don’t feel appropriate for baby blanket I called and ordered plain white the grey seems fine

The pattern was great but the yarn was not. The first two balls of yarn of the main colour were full of spliced pieces of yarn, The first ball even had a 10 inch piece that was even spliced into the rest of the ball. By the time I finished working with the first ball I realized that I would not have enough yarn to finish the project. I had to revise the use of the contrasting colour to finish the blanket. While it turned out ok, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this Mary Maxim product. This company usually has better quality yarn.

It is very nice when done and not too hard to make. The kit did not have enough yarn. I needed 3 more balls of white and had an extra ball of grey. I called and was told my tension was not right and use a bigger hook. More yarn would have been needed, but they said no. They sent me a free ball and I paid for the others. The blanket was the right size when I used the extra yarn.

the pattern row were moderate to make the boarder was a little harder to make the number of stitches across the edges.

Just completed the Sparkled Shells Blanket and I love it. I read reviews prior to purchasing the kit & ordered the extra skein of main color as suggested, which I needed. It seems to me the contents of the kit should be changed to 6 balls of main color and 1 ball of contrasting color. As I have a partial, plus a full skein of CC left. Would have given 5 stars if the amount of yarn had been correct.

Instructions were written weird. Row 2 did not work. I used the yarn for a different pattern. Unable to get thru on the phone for assistance with the pattern. Love the texture and softness of the yarn.
This blanket turned out very nice. The yarn Twinkle was easy to work with and the pattern was accurate and easy to follow
Worked up well. The yarn was pretty. I found the border too weighty for the delicate afghan ... so made up my own border pattern. I would use a larger crochet hook in future.
