Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

I wanted something warm for our niece's new baby in Canada. She absolutely loved it and called it a "sleep sac". I was thrilled.
Not only was this enjoyable to make, I loved the simple stitch and the yarn is lovely too. The cocoon has marvelous stretch qualities.
I now get to make another one for our first granddaughter coming in March...my daughter-in-law loved it so much she might use it for her newborn pictures.
My cocoon is complete. I made a couple of changes. I made the cocoon a little longer, closed the front as per instructions, then Instead of using the rose strictly as an ornament, I set it up a couple of inches on one side and made a loop on the other, to use the rose as a button if longer closure is needed. My best friend had an 8 lb, 24 inch baby, so I made the cocoon that length instead of 22 inches. The width won't be a problem if the baby is a little line-backer, since the cocoon is very stretchy in the width. The thing is adorable. I just love it.
Problem: the skeins of yarn have the ends sticking out of the centers, and towards the end of the skein they start snarling up the front of the yarn while you are trying to work. On the 2nd set of skeins, I pushed the ends back up the center to keep them out of the way. I noticed at the yarn shop, looking at several other brands of yarn, that this seems to be an industry standard.
Only half-way thru and love the stitch. I was looking thru my "Crochet Stitch Bible, saw this stitch and decided that I would have to make something with it. Then my Cuddly Cocoon kit arrived, and I was thrilled to see that it was using the stitch I love. The yarn works up well, is easy to use, doesn't separate as I work. This pattern is worked using double strands (simply start 2 skeins together).
