Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!
I love this yarn! I make baby blankets to donate to local places. The yarn is soft, doesn't split, and has a great colo selection. AND its machine wash and dry!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

Easy pattern to follow. Have made 2 blankets and working on 3rd.
My blanket is to gauge but I ran out of yarn anyway. There is no way this can be finished with 3 skeins of yarn it needs 4. The yarn splits easily too. I will now finish with another brand of yarn and try to match as closely as possible. I will not buy this yarn again. This is the second time I have bought a Mary Maxim kit that does not have enough yarn, the sparkled shells pattern needs 6 balls of the MC but you only get 5. The CC color needs one ball but you get 2. After reading the reviews I realized this happened to a lot of people but Mary Maxim had not corrected it. I am seriously considering not buying from Mary Maxim again.

This pattern was very lovely but complicated to relax with. You have to really pay attention to each stitch or the pattern error is very noticeable and you have to pull it all out! I’m. Addicted to the yarn though ..so soft wish I had bought more!

The wool is beautiful, very nice to work with. The pattern does not work though, and there is a handwritten correction in the pattern. Not withstanding the handwritten correction, the pattern still does not work. I purchased this project, a beginner level project, even though my skill level is intermediate/advanced. I know how to crochet bobbles but I wanted a project to complete in a couple of days for a gift. This is not happening as I've restarted the project a number of times to no avail.
It turned out very cute, but I didn't have enough yarn to complete the edging.
