Designed using Mary Maxim Teardrop a sport weight yarn that offered 105 yds per 1 oz skein at the time. We have a wonderful selection of sport weight yarns in today's trendy baby colors, just keep in mind yardage may vary. We highly recommend Mary Maxim Mellowspun! Materials List: Sz 9 -12 months 4 skeins. Sz 15-18 months 5 skeins. Also needed knitting needles sizes 4 (3.50 mm) and 6 (4.25 mm). Fits sizes 9-12-15-18 months—Intermediate knit.

It’s my first time following a pattern to knit something, and of course I am doing this because of PHM! But the pattern is pretty easy to follow and I’m making good progress- two sleeves done! Amaze amaze amaze! I bought the kit, and it comes with everything needed except for needles, which I appreciated so I could find a style of needle that work for me. I will probably be a lifelong Mary Maxim pattern purchaser now! If you’re on the fence and have beginner to intermediate knitting skills, try it. I was able to figure it out!
