Have not started this project. Do not plan to have it ready until December 2020. Love the look and it appears to be very easy, straight forward project. Can't wait to find the time to start. Highly recommend this, will be perfect for my son who loves cars.
Am working on this afghan now. It is tedious with all the different color changes. I suggest making very small balls of yarn of all the colors, yes you'll have joins, but they are invisible joins if you use the proper method. Starlette yarn is sooooo soft. I love the yarn. The pattern, well, it is not instant gratification enough for me, but if you like in-depth projects, this is your choice. Easy crochet--just single crochets and chart following. My mom better like it when I get it to her probably by Easter.
