Create a beautiful afghan with this graph-style pattern! The finished dimensions are 48 x 68" (122 x 173 cm), making it the perfect addition to any home decor. Originally created in 1960 with Mary Maxim Mellowspun, it had 420 yds per skein. We suggest using Mary Maxim's Mellowspun DK Sport-weight yarn for optimum results. Please note, color selections and yardage have changed. Materials List: MC White (8 skeins), Dk Brown, Lt. Brown (2 oz each), Rust, Bright Green (55 yds each), Turquoise (40 yds), Avacado (80 yds), knitting needles size U.S. 6 (4.25 mm), and crochet hook size F/5 (3.75 mm).
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, cast on, cast off, stockinette stitch.
