Free Pattern Friday!

This Friday we are bringing you 5 free patterns that were generously designed by some wonderful ladies. We sent these talented women some yarns to try and they made them into some gorgeous items. Thank you to Kim Guzman, Rhondda Mol of Oombawka Design, and Ira Rott for taking the time to try our yarn and design these awesome free patterns! Kim aka "Crochet Kim" designed this amazing Casual Cowl using Tunisian crochet in the round and Mary Maxim Simply Casual Yarn . Kim has provided some wonderful videos on her site for both left and right handed crocheters to teach you this method. Kim also worked with our Studio Yarn to design this Desert Tango Neck wrap. Isn't it lovely? Next, Oombawka Design also gave Simply Casual a try and created this cute Simply Casual Shawl. Rhondda also gave Mellowspun a try and designed this Sweet Spring hat, including sizes from Preemie up to adult. Ira Rott brings us the Sunrise Seashells Wavy Shawl, perfect for any season, using Studio Yarn. This shawl works up light and airy using a size J hook.Have you tried these yarns? What did you think?
