At Mary Maxim we take the health and wellness of all our customers and employees very seriously. With the COVID-19 quickly spreading around the globe, we know that many of you are filled with worry and uncertainty. During these difficult times we will continue our commitment to serving your needs to the best of our ability.
In compliance with the Michigan "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Executive Order, we are temporarily suspending operations of our phone and customer service departments.

How To Order
• Order Online: We are still accepting orders at marymaxim.com. Orders placed today will be delayed approximately 10 days. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. (The exception to this rule is orders made by PayPal.)
• Phone Orders: Our phone system in the United States will be taking voicemails only. You can call 800.962.9504 to leave a detailed message or call our Canadian office at 888.442.2266 if immediate assistance is required.
• Mail Orders: Please continue to send in mail orders. They will be processed in the order that they were received.
• Pattern Downloads: All downloadable content can be purchased and delivered to you immediately. Visit our large selection of downloadable patterns to stay creative!
When Orders Will Be Shipped
• All orders placed will be shipped in the order that they were received. Please allow up to 5-10 business days to ship.
• Monthly clubs will be shipped within the next 10 days.
• We will resume full operations on 04/30/20, or when the mandate is lifted.
