Finished size: Small- 17 inch circumference, Large- 22 inch circumference
Both sizes: Using desired first color, Ch 24, sl st to join, be careful not to twist.
Rnd 1: ch 1, sc in same sp and in each st around, join with sl st in beg sc. (24 sc total)
Rnd 2: Ch 4, dc in same sp, skip 2 sts, in next st, skip 2 sts, *(dc, ch 1, dc) in the next st, skip 2 sts, in next st. Rep from * around, join with sl st in top of beg ch 4. ( 12 ch-1 sps)
