With our downloadable pattern, you can create this patriotic pullover for a child. Knit originally using Mary Maxim Starlette, which offered 140 yds per 2 oz skein at the time. We have a wonderful selection of worsted yarns today to choose from, including Mary Maxim Starlette! Keep in mind yardage varies between brands. Materials List Size 8-10-12: Main Color Red (10 oz), CC1 Navy (4 oz), CC2 White (2 oz), knitting needles sizes U.S. 4 (3.50 mm), 8 (5 mm), and set of Double Point 5 (3.75 mm). Fits a child size 8-10-12—Intermediate knit. Ski Cap pattern sold separately. Make matching pullovers for the entire family! Also available in Tot's, Ladies'/Youth, and Adult's!

I bought this yarn a few months ago. Made some lovely sachets, Christmas ornaments. Easy to crochet, very little splitting. Comes out of center skein very well. No knots… very sparkly… also soft n is a good #4! I recommend !
This is a wonderful kit I love the finished trivet and have enough to make another Trivet I started on second and will be able to give to each of my daughters. Designer is a lovely lady to listen as she explains with such patience

I am not new to Tunisian crochet but I am new to cables. I was having issues. I contacted Mary Maxium and Julie got back to me. Julie was a big help and patient walking me through the steps. I ended up reversing the cables because I felt this was easier. If you can see my picture you can see a cable from left to right (bottom right) which looks kind of pinched but going from right to left looks much better. IMO.
