I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute

I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

This was the cutest thing, everyone loved the puppy. I had a problem figuring out a stitch that I'd never done before and contacted support and they sent me a swatch to take apart and see how to do it! So pattern was easy to read, good quality on yarn, and support is out of this world.

The color that came was a completely different color than what is pictured. It’s much more of a soft blue, not the pretty blue with a hint of teal. The pattern is easy to follow. It’s a very different stitch than I’ve ever used. It’s interesting.

This kit came with plenty of yarn to complete the project. The yarn was nice to work with and draped nicely when finished. There are several ways to make this your own style. I added a border and didn't completely stitch the ears down so they could be floppy. One star off for conflicting information on the dimensions. And the rather rude email response I received from costumer service.
