With this exclusive pattern, you can create a stunning afghan! Our 2nd Place Contest Winner, designed by Sherril Steele-Carlin, the Shadow afghan is just knit and purl, but it's all about the angle; one way is striped, another reveals a whole new pattern. Designed using Red Heart Super Saver worsted-weight yarn and 36" circ. needle, size 9 (5.5 mm). Feel free to shop any of our worsted-weight yarns for the brands and colors you love. Keep in mind that yardage can vary. Size 53" x 56". Easy Knit.

Stitch Requirements: Cast on, knit, purl, place marker, slip, together, yarn over needle, repeat, stocking stitch, increase.
