Ran out of the natural color. Fortunately, another kit had enough left over to complete it. The gold floss is a huge pain to work with. It slips and breaks and there was barely enough to complete this kit. A lot of "free hand" work as well. I have had a lot of experience making these, this one is definitely not for a beginner.

I've done quite a few tissue box covers, but I think this was the first Christmas 1 that I've done. It turned out really nice and pretty, I added a couple extra gold snowflakes on it, because I had leftover thread. Plus I filled in the letters more with the gold thread. The yarn wasn't the greatest quality like usual, It has a tendency to get fuzzy. But I still love the kits and I will continue to buy them. I enjoy doing them and everybody loves them.

I’m not finished yet, but am loving the look so far. The gold accent thread is gorgeous but somewhat difficult to work with. I do have a concern whether there will be enough thread to finish the project but that remains to be seen. I trust/hope there will be and if not I trust the company will supply more. They are a great company and I have ordered their products for years and haven’t been disappointed.
I changed my design up a bit to my liking. I dispersed the gold beads differently. I added them to the center of all the snowflakes and will have less in the center of the flowers.

Barely enough yarn to complete project

My sisters rotate their tissue covers according to seasons and many of the boxes I have made them come from your collection. I haven’t given them this one yet but I am sure it will be a winner.

Some thread was hard to use

I did this tissue box last year and gave as a Christmas present. It turned out so pretty I ordered another one for myself. Am working on it now.

Loved making it. however, gold thread was not good.

Ot is a lovely pattern and looks good but the red colours were pretty dark and it was difficult to follow pattern but it turned out very nice

It looks nice. Basically just like the picture. It was a little difficult to do the lettering and make it look good.

The gold DMC floss is very hard to work with. It separates into strands too easily. A gold braid would be better. Otherwise it is beautiful finished.
