I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

Stunning blanket and quick and easy to make. I’ve already made 2!
It was a little difficult to start but after I watch a video on how to do a diagonal crochet stitch it was very easy. My daughter loved this Afghan. When I purchased at Mary Maxim I noticed in the kit there was a different green. The ladies at Mary Maxim change the colours to the one hanging up at the store. So just be aware when ordering this kit online.
This was my first time making a crochet project from a kit, C2C, and without anyone to physically show me, (I’m a visual learner). This worked up in three days for me, being that my eyes tire very easily. It was beautiful in the end! I gifted it to my sister-in-law, so that she’d have a remembrance of me, and that she could decorate her sofa during holidays.
I’ve been looking for yarn for a holiday Afghan. This kit is perfect. Plenty of yarn is included in the kit to make a nice size blanket.

Very easy to make. Was my first time doing corner2corner. The sparkle yarn just makes it pop. So beautiful. Highly recommend.
I love the pattern, the colors, the sparkle in the yarn, and the fast delivery. The only part I was disappointed in was that the skeins in the kit were not consistent in their thickness. Some were comfortable with the perfect thickness for the recommended size hook, and other skeins were very thin. This was annoying to work with and it made me feel the yarn may not be as high quality as I thought it would be.
Love, never have worked corner to corner, but I did just fine with the directions to follow
