I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

This pattern has been easy to follow. I am only one-quarter done, but so far the result is quite lovely. The yarn I chose to use is very soft. This will make a lovely gift.
I used the base of the pattern but added a bit to make it 5 feet wide and will be 6.5 feet long. My grandson is tall. He did pick a light blue for the colour though and it’s coming along nice
