I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

Beautiful yarn
I waited a long time for this kit to be in stock. My daughter has a good friend named Faith and I had been waiting to make this for her. I was able to order the pattern and yarn, separately, from MM. I used the grey Ragg and a beautiful dark plum. It turned out beautifully. Faith loved it.
Faith Afghan had excellent yarn especially liked the Ragg. Skeins are too small with yarn quantity but will probably order again if skeins are bigger.
Have not started it yet but directions written clearly. Sure I will love this kit

I bought this in blue to make for my sister-in-law. It turned out beautifully and she loves it! As others have mentioned, some yarn left over. I did not find the pattern challenging but the border required some extra work. After skipping every 4th or 5th row as the pattern suggested, the border was still too sloppy so had to go back and redo it. I ended up skipping every 2nd or 3rd and then it held its shape. Guessing it might be different for each person but wanted to mention in case it helped anyone else. I would definitely make another one for the right person.
worked up really well - I had never used multiple "spools" of thread before, which was a bit of a challenge. I got it as a gift for someone, and it was well appreciated. Enough wool left over to make a coordinating pillow.
