I bought this yarn a few months ago. Made some lovely sachets, Christmas ornaments. Easy to crochet, very little splitting. Comes out of center skein very well. No knots… very sparkly… also soft n is a good #4! I recommend !

Love the mosaics
Gorgeous pattern! I made this for a friend and it came out beautifully. The resulting blanket is warm and a bit heavy, perfect for someone you think of fondly.
I ended up buying an extra ball of Color B (Coffee in my case) to do an extra repeat so my tall friend could have a little more length. I believe I may have added a row when I was doing the border just to make it a bit thicker, but I don't recall.
I like the fact that you can carry each color up the side of the blanket as you work because I am awful about hiding yarn ends. If you hate doing that too, that's another reason I recommend this.
The brown is a little darker in the photos than in reality
This is working up nicely but the yarn isn’t very soft. The kit comes with Red Heart super saver yarn. The next time I use this pattern I will try a softer feeling yarn
I’m enjoying working on this now that I’m using the chart instead of written instructions. The chart at first glance was intimidating, but I slogged through about 30 rows of the written instructions struggling to keep my place, then took the plunge on the chart. I quickly realized that there were only three symbols to deal with and things came together very quickly.
One suggestion. Perhaps this kit could be offered in using Red Heart Green Apple ombré yarn as well for a softer color way. In fact, I may try it on my own.
