Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday Worsted Yarn

The Premier Anti Pilling DK is my absolute favorite acrylic yarn. I have texture issues and this is the only acrylic yarn that ive been able to use on a large project. It supper soft and silky to work with and glides over my fingers as I’m crocheting. It’s also a great quality yarn that will last for years to come. I can’t wait to try the new super fine addition to the Anti Pilling family as I live in Florida so like blankets and sweaters to be in the lighter side.

difficult to follow

I have been knitting most of my life..started when I was a kid...
I am on my 3rd start for this pattern...for some reason I am having difficulty with it..I get through the 16 knit rows but after the increase row and the first pattern row..it goes nuts on me..
I am not sure what I am doing that messes up but being stubborn I intend to finish this blanket...

I love the blanket but not the instructions.. There are no real instructions for Row 2 and every second row following...just work stitches as they appear...k the knit stitches and p the purl stitches and yo
those stitches are difficult to differentiate..and then also choosing which end to start from...Row 3 ends with p1..so I should start with k stitch for second row....which does not work if I am p the knit stitches...what about the k2 tog stitches..they should be purled on the second row...

I have no idea if I am starting from the correct end of the Row either.

so I am currently very frustrated with these instructions....It would be better if I had actual instructions similar to Row 3 for row 4..

I am not sure if I did Row 2 correctly either.

I have never had so much difficulty with a pattern before.

Stunning

I am just finishing this pattern and absolutely love the results. I ordered the red shown, and it is far more burgundy than red. I switched to a yarn that was more the dark red colour I wanted, and increased the length by 2 pattern repeats as it is for my son who told me “longer is cozier”. I will use the original yarn for myself.

I love the pattern but am still working on it. Had problems with a few stitches I’ve never done before. Like ssk but instructions on pattern were pretty clear. I also had a problem with yo, p1 but figured it out but on next row cannot figure out how to purl 2 since wool is wrapped around needle. Any suggestions?
