First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute

I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

Darling kit
I didn't like the quality of the yarn that came with the kit, but I did use as it was my granddaughter's birthday gift. the directions were pretty easy to follow. I did have to use a bigger hook to get the rquired stitches per inch. The yarn for the dress was way to heavy for the dress & i found a pattern for PJ's that use fingering weight yarn to completed them.

I believe I’m an intermediate crocheter but I had problems following the instructions for the cradle hood - it’s too short! As for your Starlette yarn - it’s more a bulky thickness than a worsted. It’s not a soft yarn.
The only positive of this project is the little doll and her dress. I’ll make a cradle-purse from a Moses cradle with my yarn of choice.

It is very cute! I had a bit of trouble at first, but it is coming along nicely. I loved the design and I thing my granddaughter will too.
The Senior Center have craft shows twice a year. It dawned on me that we didn't have anything for children at our booth, so I bought the pattern to make up and see how they go.

This pattern was easy to follow and the yarn was wonderful to crochet. I made two cradle purses and both little girls that received them were very happy .Years ago I made a version of the cradle purse for my daughters and now I have made these for my granddaughters.
