I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

I made this in 'Riddle' which is blues, grays, and off-white/white. I bought an extra skein to make it longer than the 54" of the pattern as I like a minimum 60" length for afghans.

I am half way through this pattern. The wool is soft and easy to work with and the pattern is so easy. It is great if you want a lovely blanket to knit that doesn't require a lot of attention to the pattern. After doing the 8 rows for three or four times, I had no problem remembering it without the pattern in front of me. I highly recommend this for beginners to experts for a relaxing knit.
