Great customer service! I bought the newer Fox Cardigan Kit. When I received the kit one of the skeins of yarn was not the same brand as all others in the kit. I contacted Mary Maxim customer service and alerted them to the problem. They responded quickly and replaced the incorrect skein with one of the matching brand and color free of charge!
It came together quickly. The hanger was small and made me worry it wouldn’t hold up the whole project up. It needed a little more support over all. But really is cute.

I love the yard and am still working on the shawl little by little. It is easy to crochet without stress. I have about eight inches to go and then add the fringe. However, I am going to add a finishing row up the sides. Twice, however, there was a knot in the middle of the skein.

Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Yarn - Off White is almost exactly the same color as lily sugar n cream ecru color, including the little black thingies. But this one is a little bit more expensive given the size, at least while sgar n cream is on sale.
Stoneware color looks the same as shown on the screen. Really cute!!

Really nice off-white color and soft. It is much softer and slightly thinner than Sugar n Cream in Ecru, and I like it much better. It is slightly warmer and lighter than Ecru, but a great creamy off-white. I like it!

This yarn has quite a few colors. I bought it for dish cloths and other kitchen decor. Bernat isn't ment for wearables if that's what you are looking for.

Truth is I use Cotton Yarn for all sorts of projects. Bernat Handicrafter Cotton was purchased because it was on sale. I was not disappointed.
This yarn was perfect. It was soft and priced well
I haven't used this yarn yet, but I have used this cotton yarn in the past. I used it for handtowel and it is wonderful. It makes good dishcloths also.

I do like this brand. I’ve made around 70 winter hats for the homeless with a variety of their yarns, and loved them all.
Never used this brand yet. Look forward to seeing how it turns out. It's cotton so it can't be too bad.
