I was working with Premier anti-pilling DK in the color Lake about three years ago. I jumped into a project using the same skeins from the past and ran out of the yarn. I get excited and do this often. I ordered more Lake, hoping that the dye lot would not be glaringly different. The color, different dye lot, is exactly the same color! Thank you! Excellent yarn.
I was looking for a bunch of yarn to make a blanket, and didn't like some of the brands' slight differences in tint. I didn't see that error with Big Twist yarn.

Saw this kit on YouTube - got it cheaper then hunting pattern and yarn.
My one the back panel. I learned something that helped me. The ribbing - I cast on. Then when knit 2 put a color marker ( red) then purl 2 put a different color marker (gold). Then when I flip over to do my purl the knit I don't get mad and lose my mind

Write it out. I do write a code for colors of yarn to write less. Like Gray is G looks like 2 G means 2 gray stitches.
Now I can make my knitting fast. I have lots of boys and men to make for in my family.
So now I use my computer to list these column sheets.
I spend a day making my list + reading pattern see if I have something pop up I would have to undo to add too. Or learn to do on YouTube.
Then I can make it again with out counting a chart.
I love this pattern. My son, Grandson, and now 6 more family men want this sweater.

I love the quarterly afghan club. I have not had a chance to make the July Afghan yet. But it is beautiful, and the yarn is great quality, so soft. Can't wait to get started on this. I do think this club is so worth the cost.

This yarn is very soft and easy to work with, but the skeins are inconsistent in color. There are also many knots and noticeable whitish sections throughout the darker shades. It’s disappointing because I’ve had to pull out yarn and adjust the colors so they match where one skein ends and the next begins.

I have a new favorite yarn! It is soft, and I love the color tones of the different yarns the tonal hues come in.
Mostly the yarns are soft and rich in color. Be aware however that when you order multiple skeins of a color, they may not match. This happened with the Melancholy Blue.
Love the yarn, color etc. my other review mentioned the many knots throughout the skein and how it’s knotted at lightest and darkest spot. My next skein has a section where a burgundy color is weaved into the dark part of the yarn!!! I bought 13 skeins. Scared to see what else I’ll find
Love this yarn. The feel of it and the colors. Exactly what I needed. But I bought 13 skeins and used three so far. Two out of three I came across many knots and where knotted the two colors were not what should be next. Each time the lightest color and the darkest color were knotted together. For what I am making I let it be but more attention to detail should be had.
I was so excited to start using this yarn in the color “Liquid Mercury”. I am making a baby blanket and at the halfway point, so I felt that I could give my honest opinion on this yarn. I am a follower of Crystal on YouTube. I started out loving everything about this yarn but, as I was crocheting, I noticed that the yarn didn’t look like it was dyed all the way through the yarn strand and you could see white knicks especially in the dark part, which I have never seen in other ombré yarn. Very disappointed in this. Secondly, there were frays/pulls in this yarn which I had to trim or in one case had to cut out. Third, are the knots that have been in each of the two skeins so far. The last one I came across I was on the lightest green and there was a dark area about 24” long. I had to cut that out and knot it. In the same area when it was suppose to start getting darker, came another knot. They tied the lighter green which would have thrown the ombré off. I had to pull through the yarn until I could get to the right color and the about of yarn wasted was pretty significant. Lastly it hasn’t been easy to find the center pull without a lot of yarn barf. The pros, is the softness of the yarn, the beautiful drape, sheen and colors are just wonderful. It could be my favorite yarn but, with the cons it makes me sad. I hope this can be addressed because, I bought 6 cakes.
I really enjoyed using this yarn. The color pattern is beautiful and the yarn is great quality. My only gripe was that I had a hard time finding the ends on a couple of the skeins. Otherwise, I really enjoyed working with this yarn.

I made a Dragon Hoard bag out of this yarn and it turned out beautifully.
It's beautiful colors of yarn are gorgeous. Drapes beautifully and soft. But has parts of yarn not spun, thick and has to be cut out. My second set of yarn in Mister Fahrenheit, Got 6 and 3 so far have been bad constantly cutting out the thick parts. My first batch wasn't bad and managed to do my cardigan and it's absolutely beautiful and soft. I hope they fix this so I can continue to make more things. Here's my cardigan completed.
I have ordered 91 cakes of Tonal Hues in a variety of colors and am obsessed. It is my favorite yarn ever. It is so soft and beautiful that it is a joy to crochet.
