Timeless Tones Anti-Pilling DK is MJ's signature yarn. Soft, lofty and easy to work with, it offers excellent stitch definition and a comfortable finish. Designed for versatility, it is perfect for garments, accessories, baby projects and home decor. 100% premium acrylic. 273 yds. (250 m) per 3.5 oz. (100 gm) ball. Suggested gauge: 22 sts. & 28 rows to 4" on size 6 needles.

I love this yarn. The colors are beautiful and it's very soft. The yarn is nice to work with and doesn't tire my hands out or make them hurt. My only suggestion is to use a heavier weight or stiffer yarn if your amigurumi/plushie requires more structure. This yarn is soft that it doesn't stand up well to more structured patterns.

I absolutely LOVE this yarn. I made the long Suzette cardigan in Oat Milk and multiple baby blankets. It's soft and squishy. It works up quickly and I've not had any splitting. I do hope they add purple to the colorways. Lilac or plums would be an amazing addition!
I really enjoy crocheting with MJ's Off The Hook Designs Timeless Tones yarn. The yarn is very soft and provides great stitch definition. The colors are beautiful, especially the autumn colors which are my favorite. So far, I've used the yarn to make pumpkins, but will soon use it to make a throw. The yarn does split once in a while, but that does not bother me.
I purchased 11 skeins of 4 different colors (Toasted Almond, Olive Grove, Sunflower Field, and Pumpkin Spice). The colors are beautiful and the yarn is soft; it is a bit splitty. I appreciate the yardage per cost. The problem I have is the actual quality of packaged yarn (I've worked with 8 of the 11 so far). The yarn barf is a nightmare! There are random knots - just knots, not joins; one skein (Toast Almond) had random blobs of glue throughout fusing the yarn together in many places. I wanted to make a cardigan from the olive but now I'm not sure the nightmare is worth it, will have to think long and hard about it for awhile. The pictures are of one of the fights with the olive and the glue in the almond. If I didn't have a problem with the quality control I would've given it 5 stars.
I used the Driftwood color to crochet the Mini Star Stitch Cardigan. Pattern was clear and easy to follow. Yarn was soft to work with. Didn’t have any trouble with it splitting. Only gave a 4 instead of 5 because I haven’t washed it yet to see how it comes out of that.

I love this yarn! It is my new favorite and a must buy if you are looking for brilliant colors, soft and squishy texture, and a new yarn to fall in love with. I have already placed two more orders for future projects. I wish my hands could keep up with my brain.
The Timeless Tones yarn is amazing! I am impressed by the quality of this yarn. Not only is it the softest, squishiest yarn, it works up to make a delightfully soft fabric. It is my new Go-To yarn for all my projects.
I used three colors of this yarn, and found quality issues with the Faded Denim color. Soft Thyme and Vintage Rose were lovely. I made a baby blanket and was very happy with the yarn. The Faded Denim has proved to be a challenge. With the 2 skeins I have used so far, I have found it in bits, with shredded ends. I had to cut and tie 2 ends together in the first skein, and the second skein is worse, with 3 knots so far. There are also pieces of yarn varying in size from 3 inches to almost 24 inches in the skeins. I hope these two skeins are a total aberration because I love the color and the way the yarn works up.
This yarn is spectacular in softness and in not splitting. I've ordered 2 times already and now it's on sale, and I might have to order a third time!
Love the texture of this yarn. It flows with the way I crochet. Love the colors. I'm making another arched bubbles baby blanket with toasted almond, oat milk & soft thyme. It's little heavier but it's so soft. I have more of this yarn ordered & really like the finished product.

I love this yarn … beautiful colorways, smooth to work with and a nice weight. The reason I couldn’t give this yarn 5 stars is it was very hard to use the yarn as a center pull. I used 12 skeins and by the 6th one I had changed to crocheting from the outside.
