Good Customer Service

I received my kit promptly, but it came with the wrong pattern. That is why I gave it 4 stars. I contacted customer service and they sent me a PDF of the correct pattern immediately! I love the yarn in the kit. It's very nice to work with. Definitely a good quality Acrylic that doesn't feel plasticy at all. The pattern is very well written and easy to understand. You won't regret buying this kit. It's wonderful.

Found two mistakes in pattern,

Found two mistakes in pattern, including wrong number to cast on at the beginning, which caused a lot of grief. Add one to the number suggested. Also I bought the teal green colours, two darker ones are fine, but the lightest one is baby blue, which doesn’t really go well with the teal theme

I really like the kit (I have 2 kits different colours. It will be interesting to see how many afghans, of this pattern, that I will have to knit. At some point I will hide the pattern.
