I really liked the colored yarn for the plain tree portion of the blanket. I relied on the charts for creating the blanket. It was the most accurate for me. My mom loved receiving it as a gift.
This was my very first mosaic blanket and it worked up easily. Instructions nd graft were included. Found a couple errors in the instructions but the graft was correct. I took the graft to Staples and had them blow it up. Love how it turned out

Works up nice and the instructions are easy to follow. I would give it 5 stars but the Premier Anti pilling yarn is stringy and hard to work with. The other color, Premier colorfusion is a dream to work with.
I did go down a hook size. I am using a 4mm hook.
Between the instructions, the charts and the tutorial you cant go wrong with this pattern. Its fun to make and the results are just beautiful. I am not finished but i am really enjoying the process.

Loved this project. The tutorial was very helpful as I had not done mosaic crochet before. The blanket came out beautiful.
I'm sure if I had received the correct yarn I would be giving this a 5 start review. When I purchased the kit, I knew the yarn was on backorder and that was ok with me. I was willing to wait. However, after a few weeks had passed, they sent me the kit with autumn colored yarn, not the correct color. I was so disappointed when i realized this. I would have rather waited until the correct color came in, even if after the holidays. I, therefore have not yet made the blanket. I ordered the correct color from another place and although I am still waiting for it to get off backorder, that's ok. I'm sure the blanket will be beautiful for next Christmas.
