My great granddaughter loves it. Easy to make. Maybe next time I won't cut/fuss with the loops and leave then as loops. More than enough yarn. Family loves to hear and see the roaring lion.

So much fun making this! The video was easy to access and really easy to follow instructions. Worked up really fast. I was sad when it was done because it really was fun!

I am really enjoying the project and it's turning out very true to the photos. I've completed the blanket and hood portion, so just need to work on ears, paws & tail then put everything together. Both the written & video instructions are very clear and helpful. This is only my 2nd Crochet project and certainly the most complex. Navigating it has been really simple with the kit and materials.

I I ordered this product. I ordered this project for my grandson and I can’t wait to get started on it and get it done for him. He is the most precious thing in the world to me.

Cute pattern. I've already started on it, and the instructions are easy to follow. I removed one star because the pattern calls for two balls at one time for mane, not for quantity, but for the stitch - so it can be double thick. I currently need to hand roll a second ball, or purchase an additional one. not a big deal but disappointing when i got to that step, and couldn't continue on.

It was so much fun seeing the progress on this project. It was much easier than I expected. It turned out to be really cute. Some of the pattern instructions should have had better details, but I figured it out with the help of YouTube. I had trouble accessing their video. The instructions given didn’t match what had to be entered online. Once figured out, it wasn’t difficult to create.

I don't crochet very often but I was successful in making this adorable blanket for my grandson. Learning how to make the loop stitch was fun, and watching the video really helped. I think I will buy some more yarn and do it again, maybe a pink lion for my granddaughter!

This is a darling blanket - bought it for my great nephew. Have not started it yet as he is too young to appreciate it, but I think it will be something he enjoys once old enough for it.

I would have given more stars but I had to get more wool. My grandson is tall for his age so needed to do the adult size.

Purchased this as a kit to make for my great nephew. I went out and purchased a few more skeins of the main colour to make it bigger for him. Will be starting in the next month or so. I was also glad to see a video tutorial is offered by the designer on her website when you purchase the kit. The code is included in the pattern.

Love the yarn and color just confused on the hook size..

Made for my grandsons. The instructions was very easy to follow. The yarn a super bulky worked up fast the yarn was very soft and washable. I loved the cozy feel of the blanket and the warmth while working on it.

This pattern is so adorable! I had to refresh my memory through You Tube on a couple of the stitches. The pattern works up very quickly with large crochet hooks. When I blocked the finished blanket part with a wet cloth and steam iron, the bulky yarn became SUPER soft to the touch…perfect for a toddler!

The link to the instructions did not work no matter how many times I tried. Solving the problem with other sites made this project easy.
I would suggest a softer yarn for the toddler version.

I haven't made it yet .. it'll be my winter project but I love the texture of the yarn and the colours are perfect for this project.

very quick and fun to do. Finished child size with yarn included. Now working on toddler and adult sizes in yellow and gold. Will make fabulous presents
