Very satisfied with my purchase. The instructions are easy to follow with the diagram included. I used all the yarn in the kit but Mary Maxim sent me another skein so I'll be able to finish the project. Great customer service!

I bought this kit about a year and a half ago. It is beautiful when complete but I did not have enough yarn to complete it. I finished the last 10 inches of the corner and the trim in a bifferent color. Thus the reason I am not to keen on buying kits.

I just started working on this. I couldn't find the inner tail on the first skein I grabbed. Not sure how the word color will carry across the stitches or if I will have a million ends to tuck... Love the design!

I have purchased three of these kits for Christmas gifts.

Everything was package very nice. The pattern is going great so far. I LOVE THE COLORS AND YARN. This will be my first attemt at this sort of project. Thanks

The kit comes with great easy to follow instructions which include photos. The yarn is nice to work with however there is not enough of colour A yarn to finish the afghan let alone put a finishing border around the blanket. I have been crocheting for many years and this is the first time I have received a kit that does not have enough yarn to finish the project.

I love Mary Maxim’s Afghan kits, I have never been disappointed!

This is a greatly written pattern and easy to follow, even for someone who crochets a lot but not so much c2c. Instructions include photos and a diagram, making it even easier. However, I ran out of the main colour (A, which is blue in the product photo here) about 3/4 of the way (about 20 rows to go). I've made a swatch and the blanket itself is the right size/scale - there is no possible way that 3 balls of colour A were going to cover this blanket (extremely close, but not quite). If you order this, please make sure to get another ball of A!

Easy to follow directions. Liked that I could pick my own colors.

The pattern is clear and finished throw is very nice. However, the kit does not contain sufficient yarn (specifically color A) to complete the project... ran out on row 80 of 117.

Great reasonably priced festive kit. Love the yarn. Wonderful very clear instructions. Almost finished this project. This was out of stock when I first ordered but it didn’t take long to come in and was shipped immediately. Love everything I have ordered so far. Used to love going to the store in Paris ontario but too far to drive now.

Haven't made it yet, but like the colors and words . Perfect decoration for Christmas . The yarn looks like it will crochet well.

This blanket is cute and easy and worked up nicely....until I ran out of yarn about 3/4 of the way through. I swatched before I began, and I've spot-checked my swatch all over the blanket--it's SPOT ON. So, I was not sent enough yarn. I have been emailing back and forth with Mary Maxim and the customer service folks appear to be playing dumb, saying it's not their fault if the designer's pattern is not correct. That's insane--they've sold the kit, and it should come with everything you need. I will happily adjust this review if they send me more yarn to finish the project. Until then, I'm WILDLY disappointed. Getting this far through a large pattern only to be stuck is so frustrating.

Great project like that there is a graph and written instructions makes it much easier to follow.

Beautifully soft yarn in this kit. Included were well written instructions for crochet-to-corner pattern.

Using the corner-to-corner method, this kit had great word and graph instructions. Love it!

I really enjoyed making this but both times I ran out of yarn. I thought maybe the first time it was user error but the second one I was also short on the main color.

This is my first time doing a corner to corner stitch and I’m really enjoying it. I had to go on YouTube to figure out how to attach the squares but once I understood that, project became easy. The yarn is good quality and have not had knots so far. I’m not done yet but I will for sure see it through.
