Plenty of yarn, vivid colors! Pattern is easy to follow once you get the hang of it (I have never done mosaic crochet before and this was my first time!) I will say there are a few corrections needed on the pattern itself, but most of my errors ended up being user error haha. I have never done a pocket border before either, and that part of the pattern could have been a tad more clear.
Another beautiful design by Cyndie Birdsong. I highly recommend watching her videos to understand the written instructions.

I totally enjoyed making this blanket. It’s just beautiful all finished!
This turned out beautifully, however; I did not follow the mosaic pattern. I did not like how the back of the blanket looked with this method. I followed the grid provided and made it all in single crochet stitches except for the flowers, I made them in bobble stitches. I would made this again!

This was a good purchase. I am currently working on it, but am impressed with the detailed directions. I prefer to work with the chart, but it was nice to have the spelled out directions to confirm as I go.
I received this from a friend who sadly is battling cancer and is unable to make this blanket for herself so she asked that I make it up for myself instead - to remember her always. She's a jokester, didn't tell me it was a mosaic pattern which I've never done before, but she's always challenged me to strive to learn new things - so to honour her with her wish I accepted this kit with grace... the instructions are very clear, the links to the "how to videos" are so helpful! I love it and I will forever treasure this blanket.
