Super cute blanket, nice yarn

I loved making this blanket. I’m not an expert knitter, but the directions were easy to follow and the blanket came out beautiful. The recipient loved it too.

It’s take a while to a catch onto I thought, but easier as u go along. Beautiful yarn.

I love this pattern. It isn’t difficult to do as long as you pay attention and it knitted up very quickly. The elephants are very subtle and perfect for a baby’s room. I knitted mine in pale yellow.

I love the wool and the colour I picked (mint). You can really see the elephant pattern in that colour.

This is such a pretty baby blanket! Can’t wait to see finished. I will be knitting more than one for sure. I would love to see a similar pattern in a throw for a bigger child.

Made this for my granddaughter. I found it very challenging to get started, but one I finally got it, it went up nicely. It’s not one you can do without thinking as each row is different. But it came out beautiful.

Easy to follow instructions. My project almost complete - will be proud to give it as a gift.

I made this blanket for a friend who is having a baby but doesn't know the sex yet. I chose white. I enjoyed knitting the blanket and it turned out exactly like the picture with one exception: there is a black spot on it. It's not a discoloration but rather some type of fiber which got worked into the yarn during the manufacturing process. I am considering trying to "unwind" the black fiber from the white in that one area (really only as large as a couple of stitches, but visible due to the yarn being white) but am afraid to weaken the yarn in that area. But overall, a fun and beautiful blanket. (I would rate the level of experience for this particular kit as intermediate -- simple stockinette/garter stitch with some yarn overs and decreases.)

Absolutely beautiful blanket. Relatively easy to do. I purchased the colour lavender and it also is beautiful.

The pattern is easier to follow than I expected. The yarn is soft and the elephants look great.

I have been knitting well over 50 years and the pattern was easy to follow. The tedious part is that you basically have 2 patterns to keep track of. One is the elephant and the other is the border. Once you get the hang of the pattern it isn't hard at all. One suggestion I would give is to have two row counters. One for the elephant and one for the border and this will help you keep on track. Best of Luck to all. I highly recommend making this and will be making more.

I have been knitting a long time(over 50 years) and I found this pattern a bit tedious.It is not for a beginner.I must say the blanket is beautiful,but taking a lot longer than others I have knitted.
