Since it appears that everyone's go-to canvas for half a century, Darice, is apparently no longer available, and so many online outlets are charging $2-$3 per sheet for their substandard sock, I was overjoyed when I found I could get this substitute canvas, in bulk, at a respectful price. I have so far ordered two lots of this quantity and see no reason to look anywhere else so far. It is consistent throughout the pieces, stiff without being that ultra-stiff version you can sometimes get, and allows me to continue the hobby I have been enjoying for half a century. Thanks for keeping the hobby going.

Blanket was easy to do but had to call and get another skein of mid green as just one in the package and not enough to finish the trees much less to do two rows on the border. I have used 3/4 of the second skein. Not enough of the yellow to do the border so I used white instead . I hope more is added to future kits

The pattern is beautiful. I was very disappointed in that I received only 2 balls of white when the pattern indicated I should have had 5. Furthermore, the green is insufficient to complete the project and border. The yellow was enough to complete the project but nowhere near enough to complete the border. I wonder if the border was not considered when the yarn was packed. I was, on the otherhand able to complete using only 2 balls of the blue......My finished project is 33 x 43 so quite a bit smaller (tighter) than it should have been. I should not have run out of yarn. I purchased additional yarn and completed the project. It is gorgeous.
This is beautiful which is why I gave it 4 stars; however, there was definitely not enough yarn to complete the project. Never had this happen, always more yarn than required so I was confused. I think the yarn totals need to be reviewed. My gauge was right on target. MM sent me more to make it right - customer service was exceptional!
