Great customer service! I bought the newer Fox Cardigan Kit. When I received the kit one of the skeins of yarn was not the same brand as all others in the kit. I contacted Mary Maxim customer service and alerted them to the problem. They responded quickly and replaced the incorrect skein with one of the matching brand and color free of charge!
It came together quickly. The hanger was small and made me worry it wouldn’t hold up the whole project up. It needed a little more support over all. But really is cute.

Love these. They work as they are supposed to, not falling off the ends of my needles, and they are so cheerful to see as part of my project. I like that they are flat so they don't take up too much room, yet raise my needles slightly off the surface so my needles are protected from any scratches. Love.
