Originally designed in 2012 for the Mary Maxim Crochet Club, it featured Mary Maxim Eucalyptus, a sport-weight yarn that offered 328 yards per 3.5 oz. ball. We recommend Premier Colorfusion, a beautiful variegated yarn with 325 yds/3.5 oz skein, or Mary Maxim Mellowspun solids with 284 yds per 3.5 oz skein! Materials List: 2 balls, crochet hook size 7 (4.50 mm), and I/9 (5.50 mm). Fits up to 38 (42)" (96.5 (106.5) cm) Bust—Intermediate crochet.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, slip, decrease, increase, repeat.

I use a lot of of the Mary Maxim Starlette yarn. It is great for items that require a substantial yarn that will hold up through many washings. I have made a large granny square blanket for our bed. I also use this yarn to make dog sweaters. It holds up great!
I have made several crocheted projects using Caron Simply Soft yarn. I love the feel for myself when I am crocheting. I make items for our church which donates them to hospital cancer patients, shut-ins and other fellow church members. The skeins are small yardage but I plan ahead when I am making a purchase.
