Pour lui donner vie, vous aurez besoin de 16 couleurs de Mary Maxim Starlette, un fil peigné merveilleusement doux. Au moment de sa création, il offrait 180 mètres par écheveau de 3,5 oz. I have always wanted to make this pattern so I made the purchase when they went on sale. They are so easy and the pattern is easy to follow. The kit came with it's own yarn, but I used the pattern using a variegated red, white and blue cotton yarn that I had in my stash to make a 4th of July decoration for my mom's apartment door and it came out beautiful. So easy and they make wonderful gifts.

With determination I finished this for my first grandchild and it turned out wonderful, impressed everyone. Pattern was easy to follow and even though I couldnt get all the colours in the exact same ply it didnt matter, it still worked out OK. I used cotton yarn mostly and backed it with a jungle themed flanelette. A very satisfying project and now I am going to do the farmyatd scene and then the wild horses. I don't like that the pattern ynot already wrote out! Counting all the squares sucks and I keep hopping lines and that makes it harder!
No directions to do the blanket
I’ve had better patterns from this site. There is one small colored chart that must be enlarged. But then the lines become blurred. I’ve had to frog rows because of this. The blanket will turn out fine because I’m experienced with chart patterns. However a beginner may find it more frustrating.

Instructions are clearly written and have the stitch guide is very helpful. The coloration on the graph is very clear and will make it easy to follow.

I didn't use the stitch recommended, I did it in the afghan stitch, stitching in the colors as I went. It came out very nice.
