Great customer service! I bought the newer Fox Cardigan Kit. When I received the kit one of the skeins of yarn was not the same brand as all others in the kit. I contacted Mary Maxim customer service and alerted them to the problem. They responded quickly and replaced the incorrect skein with one of the matching brand and color free of charge!
It came together quickly. The hanger was small and made me worry it wouldn’t hold up the whole project up. It needed a little more support over all. But really is cute.
Very soft and a beautiful color. Will be using this with other yarn to make a blanket for a wheelchair.
The colors are amazing and the texture is very soft. It is tough to take apart the stitches if you are crocheting though.

Great pattern. Well written with good explanations. I have never knitted anything with a colour graphic before, so I am taking it very slow. I had to enlarge the graphs so I could write stitch counts onto them.

This afghan is so popular I am hesitant to give it at a shower because I get asked to make it for someone else each time. Even someone who wanted it in a week! Obviously they don't do needlework! I've made it four times so far and love the kit as everything is there for me.

I have been inquiring about the availability of this kit since last fall - It is available in the USA but not in Canada. As a result, I have purchased the pattern and will probably have to order the yarn separately - even then all colours are not always in stock or order from the US.

I made this for a family who was expecting their 4th boy...no girls. The entire family loved it, and the younger siblings especially loved the car theme.

This pattern is available as a kit and I read all the ratings for it. There are several, and they are all excellent except one that seems to have been written by a perfectionist. I will make this as soon as I finish the baby cocoon I am crocheting.
