I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

Trial and error but so beautiful

I have loved making this blanket. The yarn is so perfect to work with and it has been a pleasure making this blanket. I had a few mess ups due to my own failure to read the pattern correctly but have since fixed them and will love this blanket for many years to come. The pattern is very well written and if you are learning cables, this is the perfect pattern for you as there are only two. I'm excited for row 5 to do the cables each go round.

Pretty and Easy Afghan

It is a lovely afghan. I am almost finished making it. It will be a gift. The only thing, I ordered 2 extra skeins because based on what I have completed so far, it was not going to end up being the size listed in the instructions. I am using the required needles, so I am just not sure how you came up with the listed measurements. I had the same issue with the Ebb and Flow afghan kit. I had to order extra yarn to achieve the desired length.
