I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute

I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

I am reviewing the Lil' Dress Dish Towel - This pattern is excellent and the youtube instructions are spot on - the only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there was not enough of main color yarn to complete it. The kit contained only 2 balls for the main color, and I needed 4 balls of the main color. Customer service sent me one ball, and I ordered the remaining ball on my own. I added a crocheted flower and a small flower button to the front -- and it looks adorable (see uploaded photo)! I will be making more as Christmas gifts. I am a long-time customer of Mary Maxim and I love their products. Customer service is very accommodating.

Instructions weren't clear in a couple areas and the U tube video lady went a little fast in places to be able to study and actually see what the lady was doing. Need more instructions on where to attach the top of the front of the dress corners to the neck. If they are suppose to be attached ?
Also, a clearer explanation of crocheting the back part of the dress without the apron since you're not working in the back loop only. There is a flower attached on the front of the neck, but no mention of it in the pattern.

This was very easy and come out beautiful. They are quick to made and easy instructions. Those that are not good as reading patterns, the video was perfect. This is a very easy project for a beginner.
