I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

On Time-Out

I live doing the Tunisian, but with the ctiss-crosding of the yarn, I don't like how sloppy the back looks. I have ripped it out twice and it's now on time-out. If will be ripped apart again, once I figure out how to do it using a Tunisian Mosaic stitch instead of the Tunisian Simple Stitch.

Beautiful yet disappointed

Beautiful blanket. Pattern is well written. Definitely need a very long tunisian hook (Mary Maxim doesn't carry any that are long enough to save your hands from hurting). Yarn was nice but I found many areas where the yarn was super thin and tied together in big clump. I cut and re tied the yarn, along with cutting out the super thin yarn sections as well. Very warm blanket!

Beautiful colors

I just got my kit today and I can’t wait to get started. The colors are nice and the instructions are clear with a graph and diagrams. Ordering was easy. Once you add to cart, you can choose your colors. It takes 4 main color and 3 each of other colors. Makes a generous size afghan. I love these kits that allow customization.

Hopefully it arrives soon!

If you want to see how many balls of yarn per color it takes you have to order it. It will show on your invoice. I placed my order a week ago today and it still has not shipped. Not sure what the delay is. I will wait a little while longer before I cancel but not happy about the long delay in shipping. I like the products and the quality is great on what I have purchased before. So I am excited to hopefully get this and start working on it soon.
