I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!
I’m pretty new to using cotton yarn, and Premier Cotton has been really easy to learn with. I’ve used it for sun hats and am now trying dishcloths and other patterns. It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!

This afghan was fun to make. Made for my great-neice who wanted an afghan for her baby boy to grow into as he gets older. It was a quick weekend project.
Started this but the instructions appear to have an error. Going to start over and see if I can get it to work

I enjoyed crocheting the Afghan. The wool is of good quality, not many knots.
Pattern called for a size J / 6.00 mm hook, which I started with, but had to change to a 6.5 mm hook which is still on the small size to get the proper size given in the gauge measurements. Nice yarn & colours goes well together.

Made the Denim colour Afghan. Crocheted up quickly. Yarn very soft. As I was crocheting this afghan, my 9 year old grandson thought I should give it to him. Christmas is coming :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. May have to make another one , for me.
