I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!
I’m pretty new to using cotton yarn, and Premier Cotton has been really easy to learn with. I’ve used it for sun hats and am now trying dishcloths and other patterns. It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!

This turned out so nice. Everybody who's seen it thinks it's really cool looking. It was challenging to do. Probably 1 of the more challenging plastic canvas projects I've done. I don't think I've ever done 1 this big and this elaborate. But that's 1 of the reasons why I love it. I like to challenge myself. The only issue I have is with the yarn. Like most of the plastic canvas kits I've gotten, the yarn isn't the best quality. It gets fuzzy very easy. But I still love it, and I enjoyed making it.

One of the most challenging projects that I’ve done. I love the 3D projects. They are much more fun than the flat kits. This turkey was a wonderful kit. Assembly of the turkey was somewhat difficult. The end result was gratifying and beautiful. This was one of the best projects that I’ve done.
This turkey looks great and will make a great decoration for the Thanksgiving table

Pattern is easy to read, got package earlier than was told which was great. I have just started making it and it is a nice size and the picture does not do justice to the yard included with the kit.

There is a lot of texture in the stitching. It takes time and cutting out requires patience, but I enjoyed making it and the finished project is gorgeous.
Cutting the pieces was by far the most complicated. Finished product was terrific.

I have been doing plastic canvas for many years, and this was the most challenging thing I have done...almost gave up a couple of times, but was glad I continued to work on it. Turned out very nice and looked exactly as pictured. One side of the tail feather stitching pattern did not match the other side, so required a bit of adjustment. Cutting out, especially the tail feathers was difficult, and I made a couple of mistakes (should have used a grease pencil to mark before cutting), but turned out OK even with the mistakes. Putting it together was difficult...instructions didn't always make sense and took a couple of tries to get it together. Was well worth the effort when I saw the finished product.
A nice addition for my table...a bit harder than my Kleenex boxes were...but well worth it
I really liked doing this turkey. Easy to stitch, a little difficult to put to together. When its done, it looks awesome!! I was missing the rust colored yarn so I used my own which I was ok with. In the mail today I received the missing yarn!! What a surprise!! Thank You Mary Maxium!! You care about your customers!!

I ordered the above 3D Turkey Plastic Canvas Kit, but, what I got was a turkey tissue box cover!
Came out beautifully. Easy to do except putting on bottom feet part, directions need to be clearer on that. Had to call help line to finish it. Excellent for your Thanksgiving table.
A little bit hard.very fast sewing the pieces.
