I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

I found the kit to be easy to complete but I was extreme disappointed with the yarn that was supplied in the kit. I have been doing kits from Mary Maxim for some time and had always found the quality of the yarn, (usually Starlette) to be wonderful to work with and the items turned out looking great. However, with this kit the yarn quality was inferior and I was forced to discard the body I had already partially completed and change to yarn that I had in my supply. Mr Freeze now is completed and looks great. The yarn for the accessories seemed to be of better quality and worked up well.

Haven't had time yet to begin this kit, but it appears a fairly easy and fun project. Arrived with all necessities to make this cute fellow neatly sealed in a see-through package. You only need to supply the filling you prefer to use and a crochet hook of your choice that will achieve the gauge required in pattern. Can't wait to get started!!

I made him ,he is a bit larger than I thought but the extra circle is help so he stands a little better. I would prefer buttons rather than trying to crochet them

Finished project looks great but did not receive enough yarn for nose. Luckily I had some other orange yarn. This is the second time I’ve ordered for a project and did not have enough yarn. Last project was snowman ornaments and could only make 10 but should of been given enough yarn for 12. Done ordering kits.
