Precious baby blanket. Nice yarn and instructions easy to follow!

I made this for my grandson's birth. No problem with the pattern--just have to pay attention to the chart.

Love the pattern

Plan on buying extra 2 skeins of yarn. Use a smaller US crochet hook (E). I didn’t go the entire rows; I stopped at 2 straight DS rows above giraffe head then open blocks.

I sarted this over a couple times since one side of the row had three DC where as the opposite end of the row only had two DC. I decided to add a chain at the start so I had 159 ch. For row 1 I did DC in the 4th ch from hook, then did another DC in the next ch. I followed the directions to the end of the row resulting in 157 sts including ch-1 spaces. This results, in effect, 3 DC at the beginning and end of each row making the edges look balanced. I'm not sure if I misinterpreted the directions or they just needed to be tweaked. Adding that chain from the start made a nicer look as far as I'm concerned.

I haven't started yet, but looking forward to starting it within the next couple weeks never have done filet crochet before

Haven't made this one yet - it's next on my list and I'm excited to get started! The color (I chose lavender) is very pretty. I think it will make a beautiful afghan for my friend's new baby grand daughter!

Who is very hard to crochet nothing lined up it had to be the pattern was wrong I gave it to my cousin who crochets and she couldn’t do it either and we are not beginners were intermediate

The instructions were easy to follow and project finished quickly. I had part ball of wool left over. Bought a giraffe toy to accompany the blanket. Expecting a big smile at the shower!

This little cutie brings delight on many levels. The yarn is very soft and lovely to work with- I chose 'leaf green- the pattern is easy to follow and the finished product is just downright adorable. A pleasure to make and a gift I will give with pride.

This turned out really cute. The reason I gave it a 4 was that the pattern was not easy to understand and the yarn split pretty bad.

Love this pattern. I am a giraffe fan and this is an easy pattern to do. This will be for a friends 1st grandbaby. I am sure more will be made.

I found the pattern a little confusing as each block of the graph was two stitches. I had to redo many rows however once I took my time and checked off each box, I finally completed it! It turned out nice.

I'm just starting on the project and having problems with the instructions. For some reason of count on the 2nd row. So really can't rate this until I can figure out if it's the instructions or me reading them

Works up well
