Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!
I love this yarn! I make baby blankets to donate to local places. The yarn is soft, doesn't split, and has a great colo selection. AND its machine wash and dry!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

Pattern was clear cut. I’m can’t believe I made this cute blanket
The end product blanket was absolutely gorgeous. However it was quite a challenge to complete the project. I had a difficult time handling all the many colours in a single row. In order to simplify the design I omitted the butterflies and some of the finer details. The main focus became the elephant. I am more than pleased with the result.

I thought the yarn would be really soft since it's a baby blanket, but it's not. It's a rough yarn. The pattern is a confusing, so I haven't started it yet but I'm hoping it comes as pretty as the picture.

The yarn is not soft
Good quality and great shipping time
The picture on the graph is nice , but It should have included directions. For example - row 3 - 23 white , 24 light Grey, 4 dark Grey, etc. Having to make my own directions for each row is taking away the time I could be making the blanket.
Just got my kit and I do not understand the instructions. I need written instructions not a chart. I will probably return. I have done her mosaic crochet and it comes with a chart and instructions which is easy to follow. I was expecting this to be the same. Is there a youtube video?

I like this yarn as it is easy to use and this pattern is easy to follow. My granddaughter will love this blanket for her baby girl.
Very cute. Easy to follow once used graph to write out instructions. Will work up fairly quickly if you take the time to do this. I give it a 4 because I really didn’t like the way the butterfly looked when worked into Afghan so I unravelled it and continued on omitting the butterflies altogether. Also I found the border way too fussy so I made a simple border using two rows of knotted half double crochet. Ample yarn given to finished project project. Nice little afghan.
Easy pattern once you get the hang of changing colors. Starlette wasn't available in all colors and Bernat was substituted. Starlette is bulkier and stiffer than Bernat. The blanket bulges a bit where Starlette is used. I recommend, that if colors are not available, to use all the same wool as a substitute.
Very cute blanket with easy to follow instructions however I was a little disappointed in the yarn. For a baby blanket kit, I would have thought the yarn provided would have been a lot softer. Any suggestions as to what baby softener to use?
