I've enjoyed working on this baby afghan. I like the yellow as the main color since it's a good color either a boy or girl. The yarn has a nice feel and crochets up nice. The pattern for the most part was easy. However I had to adjust a couple of things. Row 23: should be repeat Row 9 instead of Row 3 (do to stitch count). Also the repeat rows 13-26 for pattern six times more. I only had enough yellow to do 5 repeats. Then Row 3 of the Border the repeat for in between the corners (sc in next ch-5sp, 5 dc in next ch-sp) it didn't look right so I looked at the picture and it shows 7 dc, which looks much better. I still plan to make another one in a different color. It's a nice blanket & it will work for a baby's car seat.

This is cutest pattern! Very easy, to follow instructions. Kit comes with everything you need except a hook; but what crocheter doesn't have a hook?! Lol. I love how the kit is packaged and sent. I also love that the pattern is printed and not downloaded.

I'm working on this now. The magic circle took about four times to figure out. The back of the head makes no sense and doesn't look like the picture. This pattern should say expert possibly? I've been crocheting for several years and thought this would be easier than it is. Good quality yarn though, so I'm going to keep trying!

It is a fun project to make. It was easier to accomplish than what I had imagined. I added two dish cloths with the same pattern as the towel. (See picture that I have added.)
