The pattern is great. Very interesting and easy to knit. I would rate it 5 star. Unfortunately the Caron yarn is not so great. It is already fuzzing and it tends to split easily. I've never had an issue before. I would definitely knit this again, just with a different yarn.

I am in attempting to knit Section 3 and have tried twice being very careful and cannot “see” the pattern. Where would I go to find corrections for this pattern?

I can’t tell you yet if I like it as I am still working on the cross stitch I bought at the same time but I did look over the instructions and they looked easy enough. I can tell you in another 4-6 weeks.

Hi there I have not knit for years but I would say I’m an average knitter. I have a question about the instructions on section 1 for row 3. I find I have one stitch left at the end of this row. The instructions have the last thing to do as a yarn over....so I am wondering......is this because it is assumed that the knitter will know that a row does not end with a yarn over?

Not quite finished, but it has easy to follow instructions and the wool is easy to work with.
I used the color "Autumn Maize," and I couldn't be prouder of the result. It was easier to knit than I'd expected from the pictures. It looks so elegant, like an heirloom, yet it's easy to wash and dry by machine. Now that I've made this one as a gift, I want to knit another one for myself!
