I love the Caron One Pounder yarn for my afghan projects. I use this deep blue for my American Flag afghan with the red and white. Nice texture and give to the yarn!
I ordered 4 skeins of yarn on of which was supposed to be a pale turquoise. It arrived as a dark sage green. I kept it because it matched the lighter sage green and didn’t clash with the other colors. I will reconsider ordering here again.

Caron One Pound and Caron Jumbo are the best yarns for baby blankets. They come in a wide range of colors, feel nice to work with, and once washed they become very soft.

I like the yarn itself but the color was a shock. I expected “soft pink” to be a lighter shade. It’s the lightest I could find but not light or soft at all in color

The yarn feels good when knitting. I' making an afghan to go on my bed. It is made of bands alternating with garter stitch and moss stitch. I'm still working on it for a full size bed. I can always count on the yarn to be uniform in final outcome of project.
Aside from premier Basix this is another very soft acrylic yarn that I absolutely love.
I like this Caron one pound yarn. It's soft, works up easily, and the starting point of yarn comes out easily without twisting.
I have used Caron products for years. I make prayer shawls which must be washable. . . . Carons makes a very good acrylic.
