Designed by Nella's Cottage. Double stranded blanket and hat embellishment with playful cat appliques. Kit includes Mary Maxim Starlette yarn, safety eyes and pattern. Requires crochet hooks size 7 and M-13. Pom pom not included. Blanket size 32 x 32". Hat size 3 months. Intermediate Crochet.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, triple crochet, front post, back post.

Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

My granddaughter loves this blanket! The directions were clear and easy to understand. The yarn was oh so soft and easy to work with. There was plenty of each color of yarn to complete the project.
Especially when you are making a Baby blanket the yarn should be a soft quality yarn. I was given Super Value Yarn instead of Starlette. Super Value is described as an economy yarn where Starlette is described as premier yarn. The pattern is excellent but the yarn should not have been substituted for a baby blanket. Starlette is a more expensive Yarn so I am very disappointed in Mary Maxim. Also for the life of me I can figure out why I received a a little bit of gold yarn in the packet. Wish it included the Pom Pom. I am a beginner with crochet and am doing well with this pattern.
