Yes it’s soft and the shimmer is pretty. There are many factory knots (4 in 1 skein) but the real problem is the thin spots (had to cut those out) and the white spots where the dye didn’t take. I’m very disappointed in this yarn.

The metallic is almost like a tinsel mixed in, bright and silver colored. Nice and soft

Just started a blanket using Jacobs Ladder pattern, love the weight & texture of yarn & I know my niece will love the sparkles. The color transition is perfect also
