Standard Shipping Continental US (48 States) (5-7 business days)
All standard shipping packages will be delivered through UPS and USPS. For standard shipping, if you have a registered PO Box, USPS will automatically ship your package to your PO Box unless you have registered your home street address as the delivery address. Please be aware of this when entering your shipping address if you have a registered PO Box.

Add an additional $7 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico (5-7 business days).

Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
Express Delivery is available for an additional $12 for in-stock merchandise delivery within 2-3 business days from the time we ship your order. Select Express Delivery for the shipping method as you checkout. All Express Packages will be delivered through UPS. For Express Shipping Addresses, please use your main street address and not a PO Box address. This is because UPS can only deliver to a main street address. We cannot ship express level packages through USPS and if a PO Box Address is used, we will be forced to send our standard service.
Sorry, Rush Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States or on selected items as stated in our catalog and website. Wholesale customers not eligible for Rush Delivery.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Mary Maxim to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Mary Maxim may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

STEP 1- Visit our Returns Portal and enter the requested information. Be sure to have your original email receipt or the packing slip handy so you are able to provide all the requested information.

STEP 2 - Print the UPS shipping label and affix it to the original packaging over the original mailing label and enclose the completed returns packing slip. Drop it off at one of the 4,300 UPS Stores (www.theupsstore.com) a UPS drop box, or with a UPS Driver. Simply choose the option that works best for you!
It’s that easy! The purchase will be refunded back to you in the original payment method except the $6.99 label charge. If an exchange is requested, we make every effort to ship each order as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock and the expected delivery date is more than 10 days, the item will be canceled and the balance of your order will be shipped. In this case, please contact us at a later date to reorder.
Please return your order via this track-able method and keep for your records. We will not be able to review returns for processing if it has not been received in our warehouse.
Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be received within 6 months of original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition.
- Exchanges are subject to a new shipping and processing rate.
- Shipping label can only be used for continental U.S. addresses.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged or incorrect, (wrong item or color) please contact customer service at 1-800-962-9504 or email us. A full refund will be issued along with complimentary return shipping, once the original merchandise is returned. With oversize heavy items, such as puzzle tables or frames, please contact us for return instructions.
