Ease of Use Quality Price I have worked with other company's latch hook kit before and by far this product is far superior than the kits I have worked with.Loved the feel and the quality of this product.The only complaint I have is the color -Rose Coral ,bundle has only 1 with the kit and it actually needed 2 .However,when I discovered this failure I promptly called the customer service and they promptly responded and offered to ship the yarn for free.
I am now an avid maxim customer and love your customer service.Kudos to the customer service.(Posted on 2/20/13)
